Shipping Policies

Sara Donna Interiors is the way to go when seeking to decorate your spaces more easily. You can shop from our wide variety of unique accessories, gifts, and furniture in an edgy modern style. You can only redeem the Online Gift Cards online, which are often emailed to you. These Online Gift Cards are ineligible for exchanges or returns. However, for in-store redemption, Sara Donna Interiors Gift Card is available.

Standard Shipping Charge

Our standard shipping charges are based on the value of merchandise shipped to your address. We currently offer Standard Shipping to the 48 states in the country. Gift items and accessories are shipped through our Standard Shipping with USPS or UPS. We currently do not offer international shipping. The following are our Standard Shipping charges:

Delivering in-stock non-furniture items through USPS or UPS, which applies to our Standard Shipping, takes between 4-9 working days. However, not all items ordered on the same day might arrive in a single shipment. As a result, additional delivery charges, especially for bulky or oversized items, might apply when they cannot be accommodated in our standard shipping charges.

Furniture Delivery

Furniture Delivery is for shipping furniture and other large items. Under this category, we offer two major types of delivery services: White Globe Delivery and Front Door Delivery. However, our default furniture delivery option is Front Door Delivery unless you select the White Glove Delivery during the checkout process. Sara Donna Interiors schedules all long-distance furniture deliveries between Monday and Friday during daytime hours. White Glove Delivery and Front Door Delivery do not offer expedited delivery options. You are responsible for ensuring that you provide accurate shipping information. Changing your shipping address after items have already been shipped will result in additional shipping charges.

Our default delivery option is Front Door Delivery, covering all furniture and other large items. This option is applied on a per-item basis to your order. Alternatively, White Glove Delivery charges $199 for all furniture items ordered. This one-time charge per order is in addition to the Front Door Delivery charge and is shipped complete. Front Door Delivery: This default delivery option entails delivering to the first threshold (loading dock, lobby, garage, curbside or front door; based on the delivery conditions) and a 5-hour delivery window. Sara Donna Interiors will deliver your in-stock furniture in about 2 weeks. Front Door Delivery is typically a one-person delivery team. We, therefore, recommend that you have one or more people to help you with this kind of order. After delivery, you will be responsible for all necessary assembly, debris removal, and unpacking.

White Glove Delivery: This premium delivery services have a two-person delivery team for careful placement of furniture up to 1 flight of stairs, debris removal, and handling light assembly. Delivering your in-stock furniture takes approximately 3 weeks. To extend courtesy to our customers, this option further entails removing all packaging. However, you can request to keep all packaging if you believe there might be a possible return for any of the items delivered. Standard Shipping items, including artwork and rugs, do not qualify for our White Glove Delivery.

Local Delivery in Houston

You are lucky if you live in Houston because we only charge $199 per trip for local deliveries, including unlimited furniture items within a 41-mile radius of our Houston store. These delivery charges include carefully placing furniture items in your chosen rooms, debris removal, and light assembly. However, we may apply additional charges for exceptionally large items (beds, armoires, oversized buffets, and other items over 300 lbs.), assembly of ready-to-assemble items, and room placement above the second floor. As a way of extending courtesy to our Houston customers, the delivery entails removing all packaging unless you request the delivery team to keep all the packaging, especially if there is a possibility of returns.

Disclaimer

Before shipment, Sara Donna Interiors inspects all furniture items. Remember that freight damages can occur when items are in transit. As a result, follow the procedure below during delivery:
  1. Inspect your delivery before our delivery team leaves.
  2. If you suspect hidden damages, open the merchandise and check its condition.
  3. If there are damages on the delivery, ask the driver or delivery team to make a note on the freight bill number of the damaged items and describe the nature of the damage.
  4. We recommend you take images of the damaged merchandise and box to provide proof of the damages.

You are responsible for determining whether our delivery team delivers the merchandise from the delivery truck to your desired final destination. Kindly be aware of any conditions that might pose delivery problems, such as turning radius, ceiling heights, elevators, doorways, and corridors. We may apply additional shipping charges for re-delivery or delays if you are not at home during delivery. Note that the shipping charges are non-refundable. Instead, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs incurred during delivery.
