Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our services and products remains our number one priority. For this reason, Sara Donna Interiors allows you to return purchases that do not meet your requirements based on our return policy. We credit refunds to the credit card used for the original payment. We will refund you through mail or corporate check for purchases made by check or cash.

Please note that the shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. The customer takes responsibility for the costs of returning merchandise to our stores. However, all merchandise returned must be in the original condition, including the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase during return and must obtain the proof of return before returning the shipment. Besides, you cannot cancel an order once the shipment has been made. However, if you choose to cancel your order after shipment, we shall apply our standard return policy. No Exchanges or Returns

Sara Donna Interiors does not offer exchanges or returns for installation fees, delivery fees, gift cards, sale items, clearance items, floor model items, trim, and fabrics.

Return Process

Please email us at support@saradonnainteriors.com and follow the below return process:
  1. Reference the original order number.

  2. If your order meets the return criteria, we will provide you with a return address to deliver your merchandise. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and that the initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

  3. Upon request, we will email you a return shipping label, or you can ship the order directly to Sara Donna Interiors through FedEx, USPS, UPS, or any other company that provides a return tracking number.

  4. Sara Donna Interiors might be forced to schedule return pickups for some large furniture items for more specialized shipping.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund within 5 working days. Sara Donna Interiors will deduct the return shipping cost from the total refund amount if it schedules the return shipping or provides the return shipping label.
We always hope that all merchandise sent to you will meet your needs. We often carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping them to minimize the possibility of returns and guarantee greater satisfaction. However, sometimes returns can be inevitable. We, therefore, encourage you to inspect all orders for potential damages upon receipt.
