Evaluating Your Site
We make it mandatory to schedule a site visit to determine the perfect spot to build your dream home. We will collaborate with you to investigate the land, its size, the landscape, and potential. This assessment will build the required confidence to move forward to translate your ideas into reality.

Construction Design
Research precedes our design process. Through an extensive research exercise, we gain a deeper understanding of your design needs and what you seek to achieve at the end. During this exercise, we will share inspirational images, sketch your ideas and document your refined concept. However, it does not end here. Instead, we will keep refining and editing your designs and finally produce documents that can help us secure the requisite permits and their corresponding pricing.

Select Home Finishes

Usually, the installation of the furnishings will happen within a week, although it might vary depending on the size of your project.

Like in new construction projects, our first step in renovations is discovery. During discovery, we gain insight into your preferred style and goals in addition to the scope of your project in terms of timelines and budget. At the end of this exercise, we seek to gain your confidence and assure you that we understand what you expect of the renovations. Please note that getting to know you is an ongoing process, and your style profile might change throughout our engagement.

Evaluating Your Site
We take our time to conduct a site visit of your home or with your real estate agent before making a purchase. At this stage, we help you determine the home’s potential for renovation. Depending on the property’s condition, we might recommend restoration, remodeling, or demolition to suit your needs.

Designing Renovation
Regardless of the scope and size of your project, this stage allows us an opportunity to collaborate with you in designing ideas. Instead, we have teams of experts who will do the consultation on your behalf to ensure the exterior of your home complements its outdoor design as well as its interior.

Interviewing Contractors
If your renovation project involves construction, our team of experts will ensure they inquire about the right questions to ensure you have the perfect contractors and builders. Also, due to the somewhat complex nature of construction jargon, we work with you to understand contracts and guarantee the perfect team of contractors and builders for your project.

Building Administration
Similar to construction projects, we are a savior during the building period. We regularly visit construction sites, evaluate them and review the construction. This exercise ensures that whatever builders and contractors do is in cohesion with your renovation goals identified above. Installing Furnishings
This is the stage during which our interior design team takes the lead. The Big Reveal
And again, the reveal is the climax of renovations. During the reveal, everything has finally come together. Depending on your preferences, we might cut some cake, pop a few bottles or have the church around as we reveal more surprises.

As a culture, we always begin every project by getting to know you, including whatever you seek to achieve at the end of the interior design exercise. We will gain a deeper understanding of your motivations, inspirations, tastes, and style preferences in getting to know you. Although we estimate the scope in terms of timelines and fees, we keep refining your design goals from time to time.
02.
Site Visit
A site visit is mandatory in assessing what your home requires. We send our interior design team to see your home in person. This site visit enables us to evaluate the architecture, scale, and layout. More so, we assess your landscape and surroundings as they play a critical role in ensuring the inside perfectly complements the outside. During this exercise, we also take measurements for furnishings and drapery and pay attention to bespoke aspects.

Inspo Meeting
We are concerned that you have a perfect image of what your home should look like after the furnishings. Our team selects and presents inspirational images that will refine and polish your style during this stage. Our designer team pays attention to accessories, art, soft goods, window treatments, and furniture to bring your concept to life. This meeting requires your input, and you are offered an opportunity to share your inspiration.
04.
Presenting the Design
The design presentation is an in-person meeting during which we give a room-by-room visualization of your home. Our designers give you a digital format of your home with the desired decorative pieces and furnishings. We also integrate finishes, fabric swatches, and samples to create a tactile representation of your new home whose interior you can feel and touch.
05.
Procuring and Installing
Upon selecting your preferred furnishings, we have a dedicated and expert in-house purchasing agent who manages and places your orders. These furnishings are immediately installed once your house is ready. With every piece meticulously placed in its right place, your home is ready for the reveal.
06.
The Big Reveal
Finally, the moment each one of us awaits comes. As a culture, we could roast some goat meat, pop a few bottles or cut some cake as we unveil more design surprises. We hand your home back to you and hope you live happily thereafter. However, this is not the end of our engagement. We always are available, just a phone call away, to refresh your house from one season to another.
